Its time to rid this town of the bad guys stinking the place up. Accept missions and look for the bad guys through your sniper rifle scope. Once you see the target its time to pull the trigger.
Each level or contract has a target to take out. Be careful not to shoot the innocent by standers, do this and you will fail your mission.
